Article Consideration Procedure

1. 1.Authors receive confirmation that their manuscript has been received within 7–10 business days, by email.
2. 2.The editorial board communicates the outcome of its initial assessment within four weeks of confirmation.
3. 3.The editorial board reserves the right to decline manuscripts that do not meet the journal's scope or formatting requirements.
4. 4.Where a manuscript is declined, the author receives a reasoned explanation.
5. 5.The editorial board may make scientific and stylistic edits to accepted manuscripts.
6. 6.Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, substantial changes are no longer permitted; if necessary, publication may instead be deferred to a later issue.
7. 7.The date of submission for editorial purposes is the date on which the final version of the manuscript was accepted.
